Ed FlahertyEdward R. Flaherty

Chief Executive Officer

Ed Flaherty brings more than 25 years of management experience in high growth industries to the company. Ed is responsible for all aspects of TradeBeam’s global operations and is a member of the Board of Directors.  Prior to TradeBeam, Ed served as President and CEO of TrenStar, Inc. He previously held the CEO and President position at ProSavvy, Inc., and was a principal at Feld Ventures.

Ed also served as Division President of EDS providing customer relationship management solutions to the financial services, telecommunications, energy and transportation industries. Prior to joining EDS, he spent 12 years at Citigroup and held a variety of senior management positions, including Vice President of Loyalty Marketing and General Manager of Revenue Services. He graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Business Administration and started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York where he served as an auditor and consultant for four years.

Buff JonesBuff L. Jones

President and Chief Operating Officer

Buff has more than 15 years of executive management experience in the technology industry. Prior to TradeBeam, Buff was executive vice president of products at Macrovision, where she was responsible for product management, development, architecture and technical support of Macrovision’s business-to-business and entertainment software products, both SaaS and deployed. Before Macrovision, Buff was vice president of the WebSphere Business Integration Development group at IBM, where she was responsible for a global, 1,000-person team that delivered a solution re-engineered on an SOA platform. Buff has also held senior management positions in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and General Management at CrossWorlds Software, Merant/MicroFocus, Compuware, and Candle.

Doug HarrisonDoug Harrison

Chief Financial Officer

Doug Harrison joined TradeBeam in 2002 with a wide range of financial and internet experience having spent the prior two years with ChemConnect, in San Francisco. His duties there included all financial planning and analysis, establishing branches and subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy, Singapore, Japan and other non-U.S. countries, merger & acquisitions, joint ventures and international tax and consolidations, and all compliance and legal activities. Prior to that he spent over 8 years Division Controller for Compass USA and Sodexho USA, two of the worlds largest contract service companies, and has also worked internationally completing a number of financial, consulting, merger and acquisition, and sales projects.

Jim LeffelJames Leffel

Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing

Leffel has spent 23 years building and managing sales organizations at leading technology companies. He started his career with Compuware, holding a series of progressively more responsible positions. He was director of sales and operations for the Northeast before joining Borland as vice president and general manager of U.S. Sales and then MarkLogic as vice president of North American sales. Prior to joining TradeBeam, Jim was invited again to join Compuware, serving as regional vice president of western operations. Jim’s expertise is in successful business and sales turnarounds, revenue growth and profitability campaigns.
